MAX Measurements is a Mobile VO2 MAX & Metabolic Testing organisation, specialising with elite athletes, sporting organisations, gyms and schools. Our VO2 MAX testing identifies individual's cardiovascular fitness levels, as well as providing an analysis through data driven insights on how to improve their cardiovascular fitness. This is done by determinising individual training zones and different ventilatory thresholds to improve athletic performance. MAX Measurements also offers metabolic testing to determine an individuals Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) and their energy expenditure throughout the day (BMR). This is utilised so athletes know how many kilojoules they are burning daily to effectively achieve their goal of losing weight, maintaining weight or gaining weight. MAX Measurements is mobile, meaning we bring the lab to the field for a more convenient testing experience.
