Maxx is a banking chat bot, collecting financial information from its users to assist users in keeping on top of their monthly spend, whilst providing proactive advice to walk users through how to improve their credit score. As the roll out of Universal Credit gathers speed, utilising technology to improve the efficiency of financial services has become paramount.
