May River Ventures partners with early-stage b2b ventures to fund execution towards an institutional capital raise (seed through series-A). We work with companies that provide technology-enabled services that deliver compelling value propositions to solve large-scale customer problems. Our investments include digital services (SaaS, HaaS, XaaS) and other technology-enabled services (leasing, licensing, operating). We look for companies that can demonstrate: - large-scale, high-visibility customer problems - compelling value creation for the customer - clear target market and product positioning - high-growth potential and defensibility - strong founding team - meaningful customer traction
