In addition, she offers a range of workshops to organisations who are interested in improving their Health & Wellbeing offerings. These cover topics such as Eating Disorder Awareness, Improving body image, the effects of Social Media on Mental Health, and strategies on Building Resilience.
Kirsty's coaching services are an adjunct to medical professional treatment and not a replacement. She works alongside therapists, dieticians and GPs to ensure her clients receive the support they need. She also partners with local eating disorder charities.
