Located in Doha Qatar, Mayan Design Studio is an architecture, interior, landscaping, lighting and graphics design firm best known for our PARTICULAR design of residences, commercial spaces, educational and sports facilities. Drawn from the uniqueness of each project and client, Mayan Design creates buildings and spaces with personality, elegance and timeless splendor. Our love and appreciation for classic materials brings to each design a particular aesthetic that emphasizes the values of clarity and simplicity. Design is often a problem-solving endeavor, we find it to be a puzzle with many constraints and one simply elegant solution. We work hard to find that solution: the one that melts away all concerns and in which remains an uncluttered and simple visual space for living, working and playing. Aligned with this problem-solving exercise, we also guide our clients through the maze of regulatory issues, budget concerns, structural requirements, material profusion and functional needs, ultimately helping them arrive at a place of ease and clarity. Established by a group of Mexican architects and design professionals in 2005, we have grown into a recognized international firm which has the ability to provide hands-on, principal involvement from start to finish.
