The Maybach Foundation was founded in 2005 with the mission of showcasing Maybach engineering & design heritage and offers programs that mentor talent and inspire innovation. The Maybach Foundation focuses on a dual-mission approach: honoring the history of the ingenious designers Wilhelm and Karl Maybach while developing mentoring projects designed to build bridges from the past into the future so that new inspirations and innovations can emerge. The Maybach legacy is a testament to the power of mentoring and based on a simple vision: bringing mobility to land, air, and sea. Up to this day, communities all over the world benefit from the impact of Wilhelm & Karl Maybach. While we shift our focus to new, sustainable means of mobility, we honor their tinkering spirits and embrace new generations that will once again change the world for the better.
