Mayfield Chocolates makes and retails fine chocolates, featuring flavours of Australia eg., pure fresh dairy cream, Queensland rum, Tasmanian leatherwood honey, chocolate truffles and pralines made from Australia's native macadamia nuts etc., etc. Our past awards include a gold medal won in Europe (Belgium).
Australia makes a lot of good foods, and our philosophy has always been to use some of them in our chocolates, rather than, say, cook syrups and add flavourings. Queensland is a big producer of sugar and dairy for example, so we use those ingredients to make a real caramel.
Boxed chocolates can be packed individually to customers' requirements and are suitable for all sorts of occasions, including corporate gifts.
