Some of the investors would then need someone to rent and manage their properties. This is where our sister company comes into effect. We survey and make full inventory of the property. Market it at the right price. We also offer our full management services where the tenant can call our 24 hour service for any emergency issues. We have the right team of electrical, heating and construction to attend, maintain and repair any problems.
