As students and professionals in mental health and international higher education, we empower peer communities to take transformative actions, enhance culturally appropriate resources, break down barriers of help-seeking, and change mental health conversation for our very own group of international students, who are, who will be, and who have been on this journey.

MAZE is a social innovation platform for empowering actions to promote mental health awareness for Chinese-speaking international students. Our pioneering Peer Counseling Program trains peers with study abroad experience to help their fellow international students, using cross-cultural counseling skills, and our student chapters across US and China higher education campuses promote mental health awareness and advocate for changes within the communities.
