FAMILY REAL ESTATE SINCE 1970 The Mont-Blanc Immobilier adventure began in 1970, when Daniel DUFFOUG-FAVRE founded and opened his first office in Saint-Gervais les Bains, initially focusing exclusively on real estate transactions and promotions. Quickly, additional real estate services were integrated to expand the agency's service offerings, providing a comprehensive 360° expertise with the creation of a vacation rental service in 1972 and a property management / co-ownership service in 1976. The goal of Mont-Blanc Immobilier has always been to offer personalized, human, and professional service to its clients, helping and guiding them through all their real estate projects. In 1977, to meet growing demand and manage the increasing number of projects handled by Mont-Blanc Immobilier, two new agencies were established: the Combloux and Contamines Montjoie offices. In 2006, the family expanded further with the opening of the Les Houches agency. In 2009, Laurent DUFFOUG-FAVRE (son of Daniel DUFFOUG-FAVRE) took over as the group's managing director, and between 2011 and 2024, he opened six new agencies in the heart of the Pays du Mont-Blanc: Passy, Sallanches, Megève, Le Fayet, and Chamonix. The group currently has 12 agencies, all located in the Pays du Mont-Blanc, and a team of around 50 employees dedicated to supporting your real estate projects.
