Mbaa Tumi

Mbaa Tumi is a grassroots organization dedicated to empowering girls in rural Ghana through education and entrepreneurship. We believe in the transformative power of education and are committed to breaking the cycle of poverty by providing full and partial scholarships to girls who would otherwise drop out of school. Our work goes beyond financial support—we mentor these young women, equip them with entrepreneurship skills, and engage with their parents to foster a supportive environment for their education. Our mission is to cultivate a generation of confident, capable young women who are prepared to lead and innovate within their communities. We focus on girls who are passionate about entrepreneurship and interested in vocational and technical training, offering them the tools and opportunities they need to succeed. By prioritizing the education and empowerment of these girls, we aim to create lasting change in their lives and the communities they come from.
