In 2009 our founder Michael Middlemast joined the renewable energy industry in a technical capacity, designing and helping to install residential and commercial solar PV systems. A year later Michael was running one of the largest PV wholesalers in Europe, managing a team of 10 technical sales people and creating 30/40 designs per month.
He was then head hunted for a role at Clenergy and went on to successfully introduce their mounting systems to the European market. After 2 prosperous years Michael was head hunted again and joined Zeverolar GmbH, this gave him the opportunity to learn and study the DC/AC inverter market.
Finally in 2016 Michael joined Seaward Electronic Ltd, heading up their renewable division. Here he conceived and helped to develop PV test instrumentation. He then moved to the USA to launch, promote and sell these products. During this time Michael provided extensive support to the North American solar community including Tesla, Swinerton, Canadian Solar, Blattner Energy and hundreds of others.
