تنمية المهارات ستكون عبر برامج تعليمية و تدريبية منظمة داخل أقسام العمل في أم بي سي و شركائها في المنطقة و العالم، بهدف زيادة عدد المهنيين الإعلاميين و المبدعين السعوديين مستقبلا و ليصبحوا عاملا مؤثرا في قطاع الإعلام و خير ممثل للمملكة العربية السعودية
في 2020 سيتم استقطاب العديد من المتدربين خلال العام الجاري داخل أقسام مختلفة في أم بي سي بما فيها قسم الإنتاج و المحتوى و التلفزيون و غيره ، و ايضا سيتم توفير دورات مكثفة مرئية في صناعة الأفلام و كتابة السيناريو وغيرها خلال فترة الصيف
ستركز الأكاديمية على كل ما تتطلبه مجالات التلفزيون، الراديو، المسرح، و الأفلام من مهارات من إنتاج، تصوير،تمثيل، اخراج، موسيقى، إضاءة، تحرير أو حتى الكوميديا و غيرها!
