At MBCB we work with primary contractors to establish Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to develop new partnerships with contractors, trade organizations and government agencies established in communities of color to increase participation of people who have been historically marginalized. We accomplish this through laser focus on initiatives that provide equal access to opportunities for all. Specifically, *Equal access to education and training *Equal access to jobs and career opportunities *Equal access to authentic relationships, that are not transactional, that foster success Our goal is to grow an entrepreneurial class in communities of color that creates well-paying, middle-class jobs that transform their communities into economically thriving places for everyone to live a fulfilled life.
