Drilling offers a variety of services, such as: Auger Cast Piles, Drilled Shafts piles, Piles with casting, Piles in Rock, Micro piles and Equipment Rental including technical field service.
Our Auger Cast Machines are equipped with electronic systems (Taralog Jean Lutz) that allows us control parameters as: rig inclination, depth and drilling rate, torque and rotation, concrete flow rate, volume and pressure, instant and average consumption, profile of pile constructed, pressure control at the base of the auger and pile deviation.
Additionally, our equipment has a quick and safe set up from the transport position to the working position and back takes place unassisted in one step. The Auger attachments can be mounted fast and safe through the rapid change device or the state of the art Docking-System.
The enclosed materials show pictures and description of our Auger system, including a sample of the performance report produced by the Taralog Jean Lutz electronic system to ensure compliance. Also, we offer our Kelly Bar system that allows us to reach large diameters and perforation depth.
