Machining : With a substantial machine park and real know-how, we are able to answee to your machining requests for small, medium sizes, up to 6 tonnes. The machinig corried out is done on many nuances of materials : steel, inconel, stainless steel, duplex, plastic... Cladding : We performed anti-corrosion by cladding rig on parts intended to be exposed to high temperature and pressure conditions. We also carry out on site post weld heat treatment (TTAS/PWHT). Work Sheet Metal : Our welders are at your disposal (to meet your different needs), mastering many welding and cutting techniques (laser cutting) on all types of surfaces (steel, stainless steel, aluminium...). Our work shop achievements allow the design of small and large structures. We are able to offer quality finishes, with our sandblasting painting equipement and xylon coating. Inspection/Control : No-destructive tests are corried out on site by our COFREND 2 certified agent ultrasonic testing, magnetoscopy, penetrant testing. Other controls can also be performed : immersion UT, dimensional, 3D controls (Bras FARO), hardness (Brinell, vickers), roughness, coating thickness measurement or others. Site activity : Our teams are at your disposal to carry out site activities on demand such as gates, stainless steel sheets, stairs, etc.
