A Burmese freelance filmmaker and social worker, Nwaye, founded Myanmar CinemAbility Network in 2016. MCA Network is set up to nurture Vulnerable Youth including Youth with Disabilities from Myanmar who want to create documentary films, short films, animation films, Vlogs, and Podcasts with the freedom of thought.
Giving priority to the capability, I would like to invite those with any kind of disabilities and other ordinary people those who are interested in Disability Affairs with a high passion for creation to learn with great perseverance.
MCA Network welcomes anyone who wants to create & produce works behind the camera as well as those who want to act in front of the camera. We implement the social, business, and art, collaborating like the triangle sectors for some partner organizations and self-help groups to form an Inclusive Society of the new normal. During Covid 19 era, we started a new inclusive podcast program through social media platforms by and for the people living with disabilities, sharing their true stories to the public. Moreover, we host weekly talk show programs to communicate with our fans by dealing with great partners for future social influence. We are happily serving as a bridge for vulnerable youth to reduce the gap of chance in creative industries.
