McConnell Development, Inc. was formed in 1989 by Paul and Linda McConnell. Over the years, McConnell Development has successfully completed the development of several projects in Delaware including eight residential communities and several build-to-suit industrial properties throughout New Castle County, as well as our flagship Centerpoint Business Complex in New Castle. We recently added two buildings in the Upper Chesapeake Corporate Center in Cecil County, MD to our portfolio. Today, McConnell Development manages approximately two million square feet of industrial property in New Castle, DE, Newark, DE and Elkton, MD.
