We are a 24hr firm of defence and family lawyers.
We specialise in the intense work needed in specialist cases involving vulnerable professionals particularly those engaged in the teaching, medical, caring and pastoral sectors. We undertake privately funded client work but will accept work under the Legal Aid scheme provided that in an individual case the public funding available will allow the level of focus those accused in these difficult cases require.
The Family Law team specialises in Child Care law and private law cases.
Other major areas of work are Criminal Law al all levels, Motoring, Human Rights, Immigration and Employment Law. We accept instructions to pursue private prosecutions in some cases.
Our criminal and family teams include specialist advocates in their fields.
Our experience includes defence in major terrorism trials of the troubled period of our generation , including Operation Crevice (fertiliser plot), the Glasgow Airport bomb plot and the 21/7 trials and serious fraud.
Immigration and Employment work is undertaken on a privately-funded basis only. According to one published review there 'is an air of excitement' when members of our team are in court. Our offices are in London E1, London E15 and London EC2 but we cover serious casework matters throughout England and Wales.
