ADVOCATE: working with youth to help them talk about issues that matter to them and speaking out on behalf of youth about youth issues.
RESOURCE: providing data, information, strategic knowledge and promising success strategies.
CAPACITY BUILDER: showing those who work with youth how to use their skills to become more competent and effective.
CONNECTOR: assembling various groups in our community that play key roles in a youth's success.
Working in these roles MCCOY creates positive outcomes for youth and supports policies that provide young people with the opportunities they need to succeed both now and in the future.
