Expanding to also include homeowner's insurance claims, MCDN has changed its name to Florida Claims Defense Network (FCDN). FCDN will now continue in the 20+ years of MCDN tradition by providing educational seminars to Florida's automobile and homeowner's insurance claims industry.
FCDN is run by a volunteer Board of Directors made up insurance professionals and defense lawyers.
FCDN offers bi-annual seminars in Central Florida: one in the Spring and one in the Fall.
We have eligibility requirements for attendance but no formal membership. FCDN invites eligible insurance representatives, SIU representatives, defense lawyers, and regulatory and law enforcement agents to attend our seminars.
FCDN applies for approval to offer CEUs for Florida adjusters and CLEs for Florida Bar-admitted lawyers, but does not guarantee credit prior to course approval.
FCDN’s all-day seminars cost only $125 for early registrations, and include self-parking, continental breakfast and a diverse buffet lunch.
