McElrea Consulting was born in 2016 when Rebecca decided to set up her own business while raising young children. Rebecca has had almost 20 years experience working for local and central government in the fields of community development, economic development, tourism, strategy and policy.
Kent came on board with McElrea Consulting after working in the tourism industry in Queenstown for over 20 years. Rebecca’s strategic skillset, combined with Kents ‘on the ground’ experience ensure all projects are well thought out leaving no stone unturned.
McElrea Consulting is passionate about ensuring all investment decisions, strategies, projects and plans are underpinned by community values and vision.
