McG Utilities is founded as a sub-company of Westside Auctioneers (set up by the current McG's owner, Michael McGreevy, in the '70s). Facilitating Utilities Our facilities services range from supplying specific products on demand to being the only supplier to some of the leading international companies in the area. We also specialize in providing all levels of staff required; from general operatives to fully qualified engineers. Real Estate We have acquired a vast knowledge in property management, selling and renting houses and apartments during the last 30 years, which benefits our clients, helping them find exactly what they need and for the best price. Construction Since the mid 90's we have developed holiday homes in Co. Cavan, private housing in Castledermot and Enfield, Co. Kildare, tax-driven accommodation in Co. Leitrim, and 2 blocks of apartments in Co. Longford.
