Based in Belfast, we operate throughout Ireland and specialise in community development, creative industries and urban regeneration sectors. We have helped clients to raise over £120m in that period. In the last 3 months alone with helped sports organisations in NI raise £5k and £2.2m on a pro-bono basis. The majority of our work is project based, related to business planning, economic appraisal, governance, strategy, research and review. Most of our projects relate to public or philanthropic funding, and ensuring effective use of those funds. We plant 11 trees for every new project awarded. McGarry Consulting also run provide mentoring and creative industry workshops on behalf of Belfast City Council, Blick Studios and WEA in NI. We also completed the first 'Community Training & Development Model' in NI, which was designed to assist community organisations in becoming more sustainable social enterprises.
