About McGill Translational Proteomics Program
The McGill Translational Proteomics Program encompasses the Segal Cancer Proteomics Centre (SCPC) and the Warren Y. Soper Program in Translational Proteomics. Located within the Lady Davis Institute of the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal, Canada, the centre is led by Dr. Christoph Borchers, a full professor at the Gerald Bronfman Department of Oncology at McGill University and a leading figure in protein mass spectrometry. The SCPC is a well-equipped, state-of-the-art facility in proteomics and metabolomics supported by Genome Canada and the Canada Foundation for Innovation. We provide services on protein and post-translational modifications (PTMs) identification and quantitation, quantitative proteomics, metabolomics, clinical mass spectrometry, and structural proteomics.
