Mcgill Nursing Peer Mentorship Program company information, Employees & Contact Information

The Ingram School of Nursing's Nursing Peer Mentorship Program (NPMP) is a dynamic student-driven endeavor, that fosters collaborative connections between senior and junior students. This program offers a unique platform for nurses to support one another, navigate the challenging path of healthcare education, share knowledge, foster growth, and build lasting connections in the world of nursing. Beyond mentorship, NPMP hosts a diverse range of events, including educational experiences such as French Language and Clinical Survival workshops, as well as enjoyable activities like our annual meet-and-greet and the creative tradition of pumpkin carving. Your level of involvement is wonderfully adaptable and determined in consultation with your mentorship dyad. We invite you to join the amazing NPMP team as a mentor or mentee, to be part of those who foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement in the nursing profession.
