Madison County Health Care System consists of Madison County Memorial Hospital, The Earlham Medical Clinic, and the Health Trust Physicians in Winterset. We have six physicians and nine mid-level providers meeting the health care needs of area residents in Family Practice Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Pediatrics. We are pleased to have secured excellent in-house surgical staff, including: • Teri Formanek, MD, Orthopedic Surgeon, specializing in upper extremity procedures • Paul Grossmann, MD, General Surgeon • Sara Zelinskas, DPM, ABFAS, Foot & Ankle Surgeon Additionally, we are served by a variety of visiting specialists representing the fields of: cardiology, dermatology, oncology, pain management, pulmonology, geriatric podiatry, rheumatology, urology and wound care.
