We have quickly become a leader in automated machining utilising our unique 50 pallet robot cell capable of lights out 3, 4 and 5 axis machining as well as 9 axis mill turning. MCHND is accredited with ISO9001:2015 quality certification. We are now able to offer Type II Sulphuric Anodising and Chemical Conversion Type 1 and 2 as a complimentary service to our machined products under our ISO9001:2015 quality policy. MCHND has a climate controlled metrology room with a 5 axis CMM for Automated part verification to ensure all components manufactured are to within specification every time.
