All of our work in NYC is high end residential and commercial, which comes from referrals, no advertising and no website. Having moved to Sarasota over 4 years ago, the owner of Modern Concepts has already built a reliable Handyman/Home Improvement Company serving the surrounding areas. One of our best customers is the Mall at UTC, and we have done entire build-outs within the mall. We will continue to build on this success by now providing Air Conditioning, Heating, and Indoor Air Quality products to our customer base.
