The McKenzie Family has been serving families in West Vancouver & North Vancouver since 1946 with personalized funeral arrangements. No two people are like so no funerals are alike. This is why The McKenzie Family has become "A Tradition of Trust" for the past 60 years. McKenzie Funeral Services opened in the Spring of 2011 with requests from families and clergy living in West & North Vancouver. Our family started in the funeral profession in 1946 as Don McKenzie worked at Hollyburn Funeral Home. Don and his wife Jessie owned Hollyburn from the 1960's to the early 1990's. Don's son George McKenzie carried on the family business in the late 1970's before he took over Squamish Funeral Chapel in the Sea to Sky Corridor. With their value and commitment to serving each family with excellent care, they came back to the North Shore. They are proud to be serving the families of the West Vancouver, North Vancouver, and the greater Vancouver area. We are the only Canadian and Family Owned Funeral Service Provider on the North Shore.
