MCM Technology is a small business IT Consulting firm specializing in offering comprehensive IT solutions. Currently, we have 14 employees working in the customer space and MCM Tech is partnered with 3 major prime contractors. Currently, we are looking for cleared TS/SCI with FS Poly for several IT positions located in Northern Virginia (Reston, Herndon, Tysons, Dulles, Chantilly, McLean etc.) for the Intel customer. At MCM Tech, our current employees are earning a combined salary package ranging from $200,000 to $275,000. We do also offer 100% employer paid medical/dental/long-term disability as well. The stellar package we offer is the employer paid 25% SEP IRA in addition to your salary. This is tax deferred asset and there is no vesting time or any vesting % involved.
