Mr. McMaster has over 25 years' experience in management consulting, growing start-up software companies, and financial services. He is currently an Executive Vice President at Wells Fargo where he is the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Product Governance for Central Control Operations. Mr. McMaster has held senior leadership roles at Wells Fargo for the last 15 year's including Chief Administrative Officer for Wholesale Marketing and Communications, Head of Wholesale Cross Sell and Analytics, Head of Wholesale Finance and Risk and Regulatory Reporting Program Office, Chief Administrative Officer for Commercial Capital Risk Management, Head of Enterprise Data Quality and Meta Data, and Head of Business Enablement for Enterprise Control Management. He has led teams of 500+ team members and managed budgets exceeding $1 billion dollars.
