We have developed a specific technique to laminate two different sizes of glass fibers together to create a SPE filter disk that has a built on prefilter. These filters are used for EPA method 1664, Hexane extractable Oil & Grease filters. In the development stage now are several projects, Elimnapulse and Dilution Maker. The Elimnapulse is a device which removes the pulsations from any peristaltic pump, it can be ramped up or down to accommodate just about any size peristaltic pump. It will decrease RSD's of the analytical instrument by reducing the pulses of the peristaltic pump thus increasing the instruments precision. Dilution Maker which has been built to (class A) specifications will make standard dilutions easier and more accurate than using pipettes and volumetric flasks,
