As a starting point, we have replaced Account Executives with Integration Officers. Our integration team curates solutions across communication disciplines to solve clients' problems. We've also done away with Client Briefs. Clients aren't trained to write good briefs. It's not something they enjoy. So we focus on problem statements instead.
