MD Living is an Australian privately owned integrated development and construction business. We are a Medium Density housing developer with a particular focus on dual occupancy development. Together with our building arm, Midco Construction, our goal is to be the brand that is synonymous with boutique high end dual occupancy and townhouse developments. Our business is known for quality and creating well planned spaces. The founding partners have a combined 40 years in commercial and residential construction experience and have a wealth of knowledge to draw upon, avoiding common construction pitfalls and ensuring design excellence is at the forefront of everything we do.
