Health Care: PFI Health Centres, MDA architects were the lead architects in the countries first PFI health centre, which then led to subsequent medical centre PFI schemes from the initial feasibility study to completion. Also heavily involved in the design and build of care home facilities. Conservation areas: Both large scale residential and commercial town centre developments we have a sympathetic apprach to design within conservation areas with a realistic approach towards the viability of the project. Recent expansion into obtaining all certification for HEP schemes. Mill conversions: experience in conversion to both residential and commercial.
