It all started when I was very young. I came to America at 12 years old, and left my house at the age of 14, dreaming about reuniting with my mother who was back home. At the age of 16, I was introduced to a young and ambitious dentist and formed what I now call, an unconscious alliance. By the age of 20, I had what I still refer to as "my own office" a startup I nurtured and grew from 0 to 2.5mil in a decade. The story doesn't end there, 5 years into my startup, I was given a 1995 Volvo and a credit card by my then boss. My job was to expand his company, recruiting, marketing, credentialing, setting up, training and coaching team members and associates. Together we opened more than 13 locations. 2 years ago, he fulfilled his vision of becoming a DSO, I wanted to continue with my passion, which is to guide, assist and add value to new dentists looking to start their own successful practices.
