Master of Development Engineering (MDevEng) @ UC Berkeley

Master of Development Engineering (MDevEng) is UC Berkeley’s graduate program for students committed to solving complex global challenges across the corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors. MDevEng integrates engineering, economics, business, natural resource development, and social sciences to develop, implement, and evaluate technological interventions that address the needs of low-income communities worldwide. The professional master's program is offered by UC Berkeley’s Graduate Group in Development Engineering. This 30-member faculty coalition hails from over a dozen schools and departments at UC Berkeley, including the College of Engineering, the Rausser College of Natural Resources, the School of Information, the School of Public Health, the Haas School of Business, and the College of Environmental Design, among others.
