Welcome to MDF PROPERTY PERFORMANCE AG. We are a property development company with a focus on the lucrative area of German and European residential property in prime locations. In response to the changed framework conditions, both in terms of financing and increased property developer risk, we are implementing an innovative approach that is not only more profitable, but also optimally safeguards the resources we use. Our "Property Performance" is based on secure, fast and profitable property development exclusively up to the start of construction (exclusion of property developer risk). Our first exchange-traded bond (6.125% p.a., term: 5 years) will enable the realisation of up to €250 million in project volume from our current pipeline. It goes without saying that all holders will benefit directly from maximum collateral values.
