Maryland Dispensary Association

The Maryland Medical Dispensary Association (MDMDA) is the first organization that will promote the common interests and goals of Medical Cannabis Dispensaries in Maryland. We are a professional trade association advocating for laws, regulations and public policies that foster a healthy, professional, and secure medical cannabis industry in our state. MDMDA works on the state and local level to advance the interests of licensed dispensaries as well as to provide a forum for the exchange of information in the Medical Cannabis Industry. MDMDA will also work with the local community to educate the public on the Medical Cannabis Industry. MDMDA will strive to address the concerns of Maryland’s medical cannabis patients and law enforcement organizations. We will work in good faith to implement Maryland’s medical cannabis laws, as well as provide information to educators, concerned parents, our neighbors, and local communities.
