We are not your typical Hospitalist Management Company. We partner with hospitals that are roughly within a 100 mile radius of Chattanooga, and we do not staff locum tenens. Instead, we utilize our local, Chattanooga-based Hospitalists who work, live and raise their families right here in Hamilton County. Our group of 40+ hospitalists are on a rotating schedule with our partnered hospitals. This model allows MDP to provide stability and flexibility to our providers, and consistency of care within our partnered hospitals.
