We supply precision custom mouldings such as cable connectors, diaphragms, gaiters, gaskets, plastic fixtures, rubber to plastic and rubber to metal bonding and seals to industries such as aerospace, automotive, chemical & electrical, defence, marine, medical, oils & seals. Our advantage comes in our ability to span elastomer and polymer moulding with a deep understanding of the properties and application of material, from the engineered nylons to the fluoroelastomers, vitons and liquid silicons. We have excellent facilities in Herefordshire, with a suite of 14 modern Maplan Injection Presses and a range of automated plastic presses from 30 ton to 450 ton. MeadeX can also manufacture parts in either our Class 7 or Class 8 Clean Room. We are dynamic, flexible and as a result are particularly strong in supporting through development and prototyping.
