Meadowbrook Facility Solutions was built as an internal service provider for the multiple QSR restaurants we own. Years of developing a maintenance program led us to the reality that "preventative maintenance" as it currently exists is little more that maintenance theater. We setout to burn the status quo to the ground a rebuild something that truly benefitted the owners and not just the service providers. The balance achieved is now available to external owners who are disheartened with the state of the service \ location relationship.
