Meaglow Ltd. supplies hollow cathode plasma sources to the semiconductor equipment market, in particular to the atomic layer deposition (ALD) community. These plasma sources are a proven solution to the problem of oxygen contamination in plasma deposited nitride layers. Meaglow also provides market differentiated plasma assisted ALD/CVD equipment with it's hollow cathode plasma sources. On the side, we are quietly developing a new means of carbon capture.
