I help leaders create their own version of a meaningful life. You know the times you ask yourself, at 40 or 50, why am I doing this, what is my impact on the world, what is going to be my legacy? I went through this myself too. And I became a thought leader in maritime innovation and sustainability, with the objective to inspire 100 million people take individual and collective action for ocean sustainability. That is my way, my own path. Which is yours? I help leaders create their own path to live a meaningful life, have an impact on the world and leave a legacy. Even highly successful people have unspoken fears and frustrations that hold them back from achieving a much greater impact. I help them uncover their highest, unthinkable aspirations and create them in the world to leave a mark through what they love. I am a profoundly curious creative thinker with a bias for action. I always ask myself Why-What-How: “Why things are how they are, what can we do to change them for the better, how can we take action now?“ I have repeatedly been a trailblazer in adopting technical innovation, process innovation and business innovation that eventually became new standards. I am a visionary who’s often been called a romantic by my colleagues, and I always took it as a compliment! I love sailing as a metaphor of running a company and I am getting ready to sail solo the AZAB regatta – Azores and back – in June 2023, before taking the leap to the sail of my life.
