MeC, is a company based in Turin (Italy) and founded in 2006.
Our core business is Cost Analysis, and in particular Should Cost, Cost Reduction and Benchmarking.
In October 2012 we founded the company MeC Us Inc. in the United States.
We concentrate our activities in particular on:
Should Cost: analysis of variable costs and investments;
Cost Tracking: cost monitoring and control;
Cost Benchmark: evaluation of competitor products;
Cost Reduction: identification of value optimization opportunities.
