Mechem is a privately-owned Swiss base metal product trading company marketing primary aluminum ingots, extrusion billets and semi-finished products. It traces its origins back to 1993 and is active worldwide. We are experts at providing raw and finished materials to factories and businesses globally. Mechem customer base has grown over the years and counts more than 100+ customers in Europe and the Mediterranean area. Our third party warehousing network located in strategic locations allows us to keep stock directly at the port and timely delivery of material on demand to our customers. With a strong balance sheet and equity base, Mechem works with Tier1 Banks such as ING, Credit Suisse, UBS, Societe Generale, Natixis and HSBC. The London Metal Exchange (LME) brokers provide us with extensive financing facilities to support our trading activities.
