Med Compass was founded in 1985 with a focus on providing organizations with affordable hearing conservation programs. Since then our company has significantly expanded our services to include a complete range of OSHA-mandated tests. From basic physicals to advanced HAZMAT exams, from hearing and vision screening to x-rays and blood chemistry profiles, Med Compass provides the most comprehensive menu of workplace testing in the industry. Nearly anything that can be tested in a brick-and-mortar clinic can be provided by one of our seven mobile health labs -- more efficiently and effectively. We bring our mobile services right to your door, saving both time and money. WHO WE SERVE Med Compass is a mobile Occupational Health Provider partnering with industries, fire/police departments, municipalities and educational clients. Our service areas include Minnesota, the Dakotas, Iowa, and Wisconsin. For our corporate clients, Med Compass also will provide testing in other states through our network of providers!
