Med-H

Med-H is a transparent EHR system that decentralises medical profile and data, with security through blockchain. This is the system that gives patients the much-needed control over their medical records. The two main priority of Med-H are security and transparency. With blockchain, we are able to protect the patient record against tempering, hack attacks, and breaches. The other concern we have, with the current systems and technology, is that everyone’s medical health records are not transparent enough to themselves, and how it is handled as a whole, is not transparent as well. It is our goal to solve these problems and obstacles, and we will work hard so that everyone will gain ownership and access to their own medical data.
