Photo Immune Therapy/ Photopheresis is performed for several disease. The first applications treated was CTCL. Today the majority of treatments are done after allogenic stem cell transplantation. Furthermore treatments for autoimmune disease are performed with this method.
The UVA PIT System provides a treatment modality that alters and triggers the patients own immune system.
